updateOne / updateMany

// 更新第一个匹配的文档

replaceOne

替换整个文档（除 _id 外）：

upsert

文档不存在时自动创建：

批量更新

小结

updateOne / updateMany 局部更新；replaceOne 整个替换。
$set 设置字段，$unset 删除字段，$inc 递增。
$push / $pull / $addToSet / $pop 操作数组。
upsert: true 在文档不存在时自动创建。
更新操作不返回修改后的文档（要获取需使用 findOneAndUpdate）。
